Meet and taste the makers we all love! For nine days we will connect with winemakers, butchers, farmers, cheese makers and Slow Food certified artisans. You will taste at the source- Barolo, Parmigiana, Truffles, Balsamic and more! This is where the Slow Food movement began!
We start in Milan, work our way into the Piedmonts, through Emilio-Romagna and into Tuscany.
